An elastic laminate which includes a first elastic sheet having at least one other elastic sheet joined thereto. The first elastic sheet is formed from an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. The second elastic sheet is formed from a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. The sheets may be nonwoven webs of meltblown fibers.
