Abstract
The method comprises the steps of: (a) forming an aqueous suspension of ice nucleating microorganisms; (b) introducing the suspension into a water source to form an ice nucleated water source; (c) distributing and freezing the ice nucleated water source. The improvement is that the suspension of ice nucleating microorganisms is maintained throughout at a temperature below about 13.degree. C.
