Abstract
A band pass digital filter which may be straightforwardly implemented. Considering successive samples I the last of which is N and input samples XI and output samples YI, the filter, in one embodiment, conforms to the expression: Y.sub.N =2.sup.-K+J.(X.sub.N -X.sub.N-2)-C.sub.4.Y.sub.N-1 -Y.sub.N-2 +2.sup.-K.Y.sub.N-2 where J and F are integers.
