Abstract
A pharmaceutical combination preparation and method for the treatment of circulatory disturbances comprising a dihydropyridine of the formula ##STR1## in which --R.sub.1, is a CH.sub.3 --O--CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 -- or CH.sub.3 group; R.sub.2 is a ##STR2## or CH.sub.3 --CH.sub.2 -- group; R.sub.3 is 4, NO.sub.2 or CL; and R.sub.2 is NO.sub.2, H or CL; and pharmaceutically suitable salts thereof; as active substance A and Pentoxifylline as active substance B, the quantity ratios of A:B being from about 1:150 to about 1:2.
