Abstract
The instant invention relates to guar flour formulations, to be ingested, wherein the formulations contain natural guar flour having a particle size diameter or 50 .mu.m to 1500 .mu.m and neither containing nor having been treated with any additive which substantially affects its form or consistency or which substantially delays or reduces the swelling ability of the flour.
