The invention concerns new diorganotin compounds derived from N-cyclohexyl-N'-hydroxy diazenium oxide, as well as bactericides and fungicides which are suitable as disinfectants, as preservatives for wood and other materials, for bactericidal and fungicidal finishing of textiles, plastics, building materials or as biocides for paint systems and which contain these diorganotin compounds as active ingredients.
