Abstract
There is disclosed a conductive and corrosion resistant steel sheet comprising a steel sheet material having an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of 0.01 to 2.0 .mu.m, preferably, 0.2 to 1.5 .mu.m, and a coating film applied thereon and having a dry thickness of 18 to 110%, preferably 30 to 90%, of said Ra.
