The method consists of obtaining a preparation liquid by mixing at least one amphiphilic compound and one aqueous medium with an active substance which is soluble or dispersible in the amphiphilic compound or the aqueous medium, setting in motion the preparation liquid and alternately pressurizing and depressurizing the moving preparation liquid.
