Abstract
A molding strip, particularly for vehicles, with continuous ends formed thereon. The molding strip is a plastic injection molded part and has an integrated reinforcement which consists of at least one metal strip. The metal strip has a plurality of cut out tongues in rows along one or both lateral edges, and which extend, in whole or in separate regions of the individual tongues, out of the plane of the metal strip. The metal strip can have shaped tongues and unshaped tongues. In a row of tongues which are arranged one behind the other, unshaped tongues alternate with tongues which extend out of the plane of the metal strip at the row of tongues.
