Abstract
A wall panel system for constructing clean rooms includes wall panels, wall studs and a 'z' bracket assembly device for mounting the wall panels to the wall studs. The wall panels are covered with a protective covering of a hard core plastic laminate or a shatter-proof polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which provides a sanitizing surface. Also, the system includes wall panel seam filling, internal corner covering and external corner covering to preserve the integrity of the clean room. At least one door is provided for access to the clean room and one window may be provided for viewing access to the room. The room is constructed to provide a particulate-free environment.
