Abstract
A platform carriage comprises a wheeled load-supporting platform having a rizontal surface. A handle is pivoted at a rear end of the platform to be foldable forwardly onto the platform. The handle comprises a pair of rods interconnected by a cross bar. The cross bar is located below the free upper ends of the bars so that the free rod ends form individual hand grips. Each hand grip is inclined forwardly and laterally inwardly. The handle forms a projection which extends upwardly when the handle is folded over, and a carriage can be stacked thereon such that a recessed mating element on the next upper carriage mates with the projection of the next lower carriage to stabilize the stack of carriages.
