A turret head device for machine tool comprises a housing; a motor mounted on a rear surface of said housing; a first and second planetary gear mechanisms, both integrated into the housing; a turret for mounting tools; and a tool driving shaft integrated into the turret. Wherein said turret is connected with said motor through said first and second planetary gear mechanisms and the tool driving shaft is connected with the motor through the first planetary gear mechanism.
