Abstract
A therapeutic treatment method includes the steps of providing a pulsed incoherent light output for treatment, directing the pulsed light output to a treatment area, transmitting the pulsed light output through the epidermis at the treatment area, heating the epidermis to a temperature below the temperature at which the epidermis is damaged, and coagulating blood in blood vessels disposed below the epidermis.
