A pharmaceutical composition containing 7-hydroxylated derivatives of natural steroid hormones having, if necessary, a 3.beta. hydroxyl function, for use as an immunity trigger or stimulant (hereinafter termed 'immunity effector'), particularly for cell immunity. Said pharmaceutical compositions may also be used as anti-glucocorticoid agents.
