Abstract
A porous plastic filter for separating fine particles, which is obtained by sinter-forming particles of thermoplastic material, wherein the contact angle to water of at least one surface of the porous plastic filter is at least 60.degree., preferably at least 90.degree., and at least a thermoplastic material having an average particle size within a range of from 5 to 90 .mu.m, is used.
