Abstract
Novel piperazine and piperidine derivative compounds having interesting and advantageous pharmacological properties. The disdosed compounds have the general formula (a) ##STR1## and salts thereof. These compounds have high affinity for both the dopamine D.sub.2 receptors and serotonine 5-HT.sub.1A receptors, rendering them useful for the treatment of CNS-disorders, in particular schizophrenia.
