Abstract
A spin beam for spinning a plurality of synthetic filament yarns with a melt distributor block, which acommodates a spin pump and a plurality of spinnerets. In accordance with the invention, the melt distributor block consists of two structural members, which are interconnected in pressure-tight manner. In a separating line formed between the structural members, distributor lines are formed by grooves, which connect each a melt channel leading from the spin pump to a melt channel leading to the spinneret.
