Abstract
Disclosed is the use of a compound with Formula (I) wherein n is 2, 3, or 4, and R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 are each independently hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, halogen, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, C.sub.1-6 alkoxy or amino, or an optical isomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the production of a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of a neurodevelopmental disorder. Also a method for treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders wherein a therapeutically effective amount of said compound is administered to a patient is disclosed.
