Abstract
In order to be able to transmit continuous and/or discontinuous data streams in a hybrid telecommunication system, particularly a 'ISDN⇄DECT-specific RLL/WLL' system, given minimal technical outlay, for example with respectively separate data ports (data inputs and data outputs), a plurality of second telecommunication channels (for example, DECT channels) adapted to the analyzed data transmission situation is respectively set up dependent on the analysis of the data transmission situation on a first telecommunication channel or, respectively, channels (for example, the ISDN B-channel or, respectively, B-channels).
