An archery bow rear sight adapted for use with any front sight, including a multi-pin front sight. The rear sight of the present invention comprising a flexible tension bearing member capable of retaining a sighting cross hair under constant tension. The rear sight of the present invention is attached to the archery bow using attachment means that allow convenient horizontal and vertical adjustment of the rear sight.
