Abstract
A frame panel apparatus for the ready presentation of flat media therein. The apparatus includes a flexible frame arranged to define a peripheral support for a display. An upper transparent panel having a periphery entirely enclosed by the flexible frame and a lower support panel having a periphery with a only a portion thereof supported by a shoulder member of the flexible frame support a display media therebetween.
