Abstract
ACE-2 inhibiting compounds are disclosed. These compounds include compounds of formula (IV): ##STR1## wherein the variables are as described in the specification. Pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds are also discussed. The pharmaceutical compositions may contain an effective amount of a compound of the invention to treat ACE-2 associated disorders such as a blood pressure related disease or disorder, cell proliferation disorder, kidney disorder, kinetensin associated disorder, inflammation associated disorder, or an allergic disorder.
