Abstract

Use in the treatment of ceramic materials for obtaining an easy stain removal, of mono- and bifunctional (per)fluoropolyether derivatives having the following structures: [R.sub.f--CFY-L-O].sub.mP(O)(O.sup.-Z.sup.+).sub.3-m (A) (O.sup.-Z.sup.+).sub.2P(O)[O-L-YFC--O--R.sub.f--CFY-L-O--P(O)(O.sup.-Z.su-p.+)].sub.m'-[O-L-YFC--O--R.sub.f--CFY-L-O]P(O)(O.sup.-Z.sup.+).sub.2 (B) R.sub.f--CFY-L-W (C) W-L-YFC--O--R.sub.f--CFY-L-W (D) wherein m' is an integer from 0 to 20, preferably from 0 to 4; L is an organic group selected from --CH.sub.2-(OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2).sub.n--, --CO--NR'--(CH.sub.2).sub.q--, with R'=H or C.sub.1 C.sub.4 alkyl group; n=0 8, preferably 1 3, q=1 8, preferably 1 3; Z=H, alkaline metal or NR.sub.4 group with R=H or C.sub.1 C.sub.4 alkyl group; Y=F, CF.sub.3; m=1,2,3, preferably 1,2; W is a --Si(R.sub.1).sub..alpha.(OR.sub.2).sub.3-.alpha. group with .alpha.=0,1,2, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 equal to or different from each other are C.sub.1 C.sub.6 alkyl groups, optionally containing one or more ether O, C.sub.6 C.sub.10 aryl groups, C.sub.7 C.sub.12 alkyl-aryl or aryl-alkyl groups.
