Abstract
The present invention is a polysiloxane treated hydrophilic tissue sheet having a polydialkylsiloxane content of about 0.4% or greater by weight of dry pulp fibers. The polysiloxane treated hydrophilic tissue sheet may also have a wet out time after aging 20 days at about 130.degree. F. of about 10 seconds or less.
