It is to provide an implant with shock-absorbing property that is able to be strongly secured in a living body as well as a manufacturing method of such implant.The implant comprising: a substrate; a first film on the substrate, which is comprised of a polymer and has a functional group that enables adsorption of calcium ions; and a second film formed on the first film and being comprised of calcium phosphate. The manufacturing method of the implant comprising: forming said first film on a substrate; and subsequently, dipping the substrate in a calcium ion solution and in a phosphate ion solution alternately as to form the second film.
