Abstract
Electrochemical active cathode layers (MoO.sub.3, FeS.sub.2) are produced on the substrate of stainless steel, aluminum, or titanium by the method of thermal vacuum condensation-solidification. This method enables formation of active cathode layer in the wide thickness range of 0.5 .mu.m-3.0 mm.
