The dust collecting apparatus for compressing dust may include a centrifugal dust separating device having a dust outlet, a compressing device formed inside the dust receptacle, and including a compressing plate in which a dust inlet is formed, and a dust passage forming member forming a dust passage between the dust outlet and the dust inlet.
