The dust separating and collecting apparatus includes a dust bin housing a centrifugal dust separating portion therein, and an inner cover comprising a passage shifting protrusion extended to an open surface of the centrifugal dust separating portion through which dusts may be discharged, the inner cover covering an open surface of the dust bin.
