The present invention provides a light guide plate comprising an input surface for receiving light from a light source, an output surface for emitting light, and a bottom surface opposing to the output surface, wherein at least one of the output surface and the bottom surface has a micro-pattern, the micro-pattern comprising a plurality of micro-lenses.
