A media display assembly that has a base assembly, including a base and a steel plate, which forms a front surface of the base assembly and is removably affixed to the base. Also, a cover includes a polymeric sheet having transparent display portion and a rearward extending peripheral wall, the peripheral wall snugly fitting the base assembly. Finally, display media is interposed between the steel plate and the cover.
