Abstract
A toy storage and activity apparatus includes a housing including a left housing portion and a right housing portion forming an interior volume, and a hinged joint connecting the left and right housing portions. The hinged joint enables separation of the housing into an open configuration to provide access to the interior volume. The left and the right housing portions each form one or more magnetic interior compartments within the interior volume. The magnetic interior compartments have magnetic surfaces suitable for attaching a magnetic toy character and other magnetic toy models. The three-dimensional magnetic surfaces further include interior-facing indicia depicting a scene or imagery.
