The cover is connected to the casing and has a bottom mounting flange, a second strengthening frame, at least one engaging protrusion. The bottom mounting flange is formed on the cover. The second strengthening frame is mounted around the bottom mounting flange. The at least one engaging protrusion is mounted on the cover and has multiple protrusion fasteners mounted through the engaging protrusion and the bottom mounting flange via the second strengthening frame.
