Abstract
A dehydration process of an ethanol to ethylene filler comprising the vaporization of said ethanol filler to a mixture with at least a portion of the recycled purified water flow according to step f) in an exchanger thanks to a heat exchange with the effluent that comes from the last reactor, said mixture is introduced in said vaporization stage at a pressure between 0.1 and 0.4 Mpa, the compression of the vaporized mixture in a compressor, the introduction of said vaporized and compressed mixture, to an inlet temperature between 350 and 500 ° and at an inlet pressure between 0.2 and 1.3 Mpa, in at least one adiabatic reactor containing at least one dehydration catalyst in which the dehydration reaction takes place, the separation of the effluent that comes from the last adiabatic reactor of step c) in an effluent comprising ethylene at a pressure less than 1 Mpa and an effluent comprising gua, the purification of at least a part of the effluent comprising water resulting from step d) and the separation of at least one stream of purified water and at least one stream of unconverted ethanol, recycling of at least one part of the flow of purified water that comes from stage e) upstream or at the origin of stage a).
