Abstract

The invention relates to a crusher assembly for a jaw crusher having a swing jaw (10) and a crushing jaw (30) on the crushing face of which teeth (33) are formed. The crushing jaw (30) has at its opposing ends end faces (35), a clamping piece (50) with a clamping face (52) acting on one end face (35), and the other end face (35) being supported on a clamping element (20). The clamping piece (50) and the clamping element (20) are connected exchangeably to the swing jaw (10). The swing jaw (10) has, in its end region closest to the clamping piece (50), a head part (11) with a pivot bearing (12), and the crushing jaw (30) at least partially covers the region of the swing jaw (10) in front of the pivot bearing (12). Such a crushing assembly permits a wear-optimised design with a long service life and allows the crushing jaw (30) always to be exchanged easily. The material flow can also be optimised in that the risk of bridging in the crushing chamber is reduced.
