Abstract
THE INVENTION REFERS TO A FIRE-RESISTANT LAMINATED GLAZING THAT INCLUDES AT LEAST TWO GLAZING MOONS AND AT LEAST ONE INTUMESCENT TRANSPARENT INTERMEDIATE LAYER BETWEEN THE GLAZING MOONS, SAID GLAZING MOONS ARE SEPARATELY AT LEAST EXTENDED BY A SPACING TOWERS. TO THE PERIPHERY IN A WAY CE DEFINE A CAVITY THAT CONTAINS SUCH INTERMEDIATE LAYER, WHERE THE SPACER INCLUDES A WEDGE TO CONTROL THE SEPARATION BETWEEN THE GLAZING MOONS AT A PRE-DETERMINED DISTANCE AND A PORTION OF RUBBER THAT AT LEAST COVERS IT IN PART THE INTERMEDIATE LAYER INCLUDES AN ALKALINE METALLIC SILICATE. A PROCESS TO PRODUCE A FIRE-RESISTANT LAMINATED GLASS IS ALSO REVINDED, IN WHICH THE PROCESS INCLUDES THE STEPS OF: A) PROVIDING AT LEAST TWO GLAZING GLASSES, B) SEPARATING THE TWO GLAZING GLASSES THAT ARE EXTENDED WITH A SPLITTING GLASSES AT LEAST PARTIALLY AROUND THE PERIPHERY OF THE GLAZING MOONS IN ORDER TO DEFINE A CAVITY THAT CONTAINS AN INTERMEDIATE LAYER, C) FILL THE CAVITY WITH A LIQUID PRECURSOR, D) CURE THE LIQUID PRECURSOR TO TRANSFER AN INTEGRATED INTERMEDIATE LAYER WHERE THE SPACER INCLUDES A WEDGE TO CONTROL THE SEPARATION OF THE MOONS AT A PRESET DISTANCE AND A PORTION OF RUBBER THAT AT LEAST PARTIALLY COVERS THE WEDGE AND WHERE THE INTERMEDIATE LAYER INCLUDES AN ALKALINE METALLIC SILICATE.
