Abstract
The present invention relates to be used to prepare comprising heterogeneous propylene copolymer, the method of the composition of propylene copolymer and talcum, wherein heterogeneous propylene copolymer is by following material composition: (a) propylene matrix, wherein propylene matrix is made of Noblen and/or propylene-alpha-olefin copolymers, the propylene-alpha-olefin copolymers are made of at least alpha-olefin of the propylene of 70 mass % and at most 30 mass % based on propylene matrix gross mass, wherein propylene matrix exists by the amount of the 60-95wt% based on total heterogeneous propylene copolymer, (b) ethene-alpha-olefin copolymer dispersed, the ethene-alpha-olefin copolymer wherein dispersed exists by the amount of the 40-5wt% based on total heterogeneous propylene copolymer, and wherein in heterogeneous propylene copolymer propylene matrix it is total The summation of amount and the total amount of the ethene-alpha-olefin copolymer of dispersion is 100wt%, wherein composition has the desired melt flow index of 1-200dg/min, as according to (2.16kg/230 DEG C) of ISO1133 measurement, it the described method comprises the following steps: propylene copolymer and talcum (a) being made to carry out melting mixing to obtain masterbatch, (b) so that masterbatch and heterogeneous propylene copolymer and peroxide is carried out melting mixing to obtain includes heterogeneous propylene copolymer, the composition of propylene copolymer and talcum, wherein selecting the amount of peroxide to obtain with desired melt flow index includes heterogeneous propylene copolymer, the composition of propylene copolymer and talcum.
