Provided is a cold-rolled steel sheet that exhibits excellent heat-spot resistance and wear resistance. The cold-rolled steel sheet includes, in terms of mass%, 0.03-0.12% C, 0-1.0% Si, 0.2-0.8% Mn, at most 0.03% P, at most 0.03% S, and at most 0.05% Al, and further includes either 0.03-0.4% Nb or 0.03-0.3% V. Within the abovementioned ranges, the content of each element is such that the following equation is satisfied: 5*C%-Si%+Mn%-1.5*A1%<1. The remainder of the cold-rolled steel sheet is Fe and inevitable impurities. The average particle size of the Nb-, V- or Ti-containing carbide precipitates is 20-100 nm. As a result of limiting the chemical composition and uniformly distributing the fine precipitates in this manner, it is possible to improve heat-spot resistance and wear resistance.
