Abstract
The present invention relates to antigen-binding proteins specific for the alpha4beta7 heterodimer, to inhibit cell adhesion to adhesion molecules of MAdCAM-1 vascular cells, said proteins have a heavy chain variable region and a variable region of light chain The present invention also relates to the nucleic acids that encode them, the methods for manufacturing them and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, for the treatment of various inflammatory conditions.
