Abstract
Verfahren zum Kaschieren einer flexiblen Materiallage (4a) auf einen formstabilen Träger (4), der bevorzugt eine dreidimensionale Oberflächenkontur aufweist, umfassend die Schritte: Bereitstellen des formstabilen Trägers, Auflegen der flexiblen Materiallage auf dem formstabilen Träger, wobei auf die zum formstabilen Träger weisende Seite der Materiallage (4a) und/oder auf der zur Materiallage (4a) weisenden Seite des formstabilen Trägers ein thermisch aktivierbarer Klebstoff aufgebracht ist, Zusammendrücken der flexiblen Materiallage (4a) und des formstabilen Trägers mittels einer unteren formstabilen Formhälfte (2) und einer oberen formstabilen Formhälfte (3), Bestrahlen der Formhälften (2, 3), des Trägers (4) und der Materiallage mit einer elektromagnetischen Strahlung, insbesondere einer Mikrowellenstrahlung, einer Hochfrequenzstrahlung oder einer Induktionsstrahlung, wodurch der Klebstoff direkt oder indirekt aktiviert wird.
