Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vakuum-Isolations-Paneelen mit einem Faserkern, mit den Schritten: Bereitstellen eines Kernrohlings aus Fasern, Komprimieren des Kernrohlings auf eine vorbestimmte Enddicke zur Ausbildung des Kerns, Evakuierung einer den Kern umhüllenden Folienhülle bis zu einem Druck ≤ 1 mbar, und Verschließen der Folienhülle. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich dabei dadurch aus, dass der Kernrohling beim Kompressionsschritt zwischen zwei Abdeckelementen angeordnet ist und zwischen diesen mechanisch komprimiert wird, dass der Kern bis zum Verschließen der Folienhülle unter Kompressionsdruck gehalten wird, und dass der Kompressionsschritt ohne thermische Beaufschlagung bei Raumtemperatur am Herstellungsort durchgeführt wird. Damit lässt sich ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vakuum-Isolations-Paneelen mit einem Faserkern derart verbessern, dass dieses mit einem reduzierten Energiebedarf durchführbar ist und die Dämmwirkung der Vakuum-Isolations-Paneele dennoch nicht darunter leidet.
