Abstract
Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von geschweißten Platinen, umfassend: – eine Bereitstellungsvorrichtung (91) von mindestens einem ersten (11) und einem zweiten (12) mit Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung oder einer Legierung auf der Basis von Aluminium vorbeschichteten Stahlblech, – eine Anlegevorrichtung (92) der Bleche, um eine Mittelebene (51) zwischen den Blechen (11) und (12) zu erhalten, – eine Spannvorrichtung (98) der Bleche, – mindestens eine Quelle, die es erlaubt, einen Laserstrahl (80) zu erhalten, um die Metallschicht aus Aluminium oder Aluminiumlegierung oder auf der Basis von Aluminium durch Schmelzen und Verdampfen gleichzeitig in einer peripheren Zone (61, 62) des mindestens einen ersten (11) und zweiten (12) Blechs zu entfernen, – mindestens eine Führungsvorrichtung (94), welche es erlaubt, den Laserstrahl (80) relativ zur Mittelebene (51) zu positionieren, – mindestens eine Quelle, die es erlaubt, einen Laserstrahl (95) für das Schweißen der Bleche (11) und (12) im Bereich, in dem die Aluminiummetallschicht (61, 62) entfernt wurde, zu erhalten, um eine Schweißnaht zu bilden, – mindestens eine Vorrichtung, die es erlaubt, eine relative Bewegung der Bleche (11) und (12) relativ zu den Laserstrahlen (80) und (95) zu erhalten, – wobei die Laserstrahlen (80) und (95) auf einer selben Linie relativ zur Mittelebene (51) und in einem festen Abstand (64) zueinander angeordnet sind.
