Abstract
The alternator according to the invention comprises a stator S, a rotor R and a bridge of transistors forming synchronous rectification means. According to the invention, the synchronous rectification means are in the form of an overmolded mechatronic box 2. The mechatronic box comprises power connection terminals 23, 24, and contains several electronic power substrates 30, 31 , 3 2 having the same architecture and in each of which is implanted at least a first electronic chip 300A, 300B of the bridge of transistors. According to one embodiment, the electronic power substrates are of the IMS, DBC or PCB type.
