Abstract
A video display system which enhances the smoothness of meeting and includes a video information terminal device typified by a liquid crystal projector, a video display unit typified by a whiteboard, a server which stores information, a user terminal device typified by a mobile terminal held by a member of meeting is provided. A host of a meeting transmits information regarding time, members, and contents of the meeting to the server. A created reservation list and a created participant list of a meeting room are displayed on the video display unit by the video information terminal device. The display is updated depending on an attendance/nonattendance answer from a member. A diagram or letters written on the video display unit during the meeting are captured by the video information terminal device, inverted in brightness, stored in a memory, and displayed as a video image. At the end of the meeting, video data stored in the memory is stored as a file. When the meeting is resumed, the stored file is reproduced, developed in the memory, and displayed as a video image.
