Abstract
There are disclosed polypeptides having the formula: R.sub.1 --Lys--Lys--X--R.sub.2 wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or p-Glu; X is Glu or Asp; and R.sub.2 is Val, NH.sub.2 or Val-NH.sub.2 ; the fully protected peptide-resin intermediates thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These polypeptides have the capability of inducing the maturation of T-cell populations and thus are useful in a number of therapeutic areas.
