Abstract

New compounds of formula I ##STR1## wherein: R and R.sup.1 are independently selected from hydrogen, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkyl, styryl and (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)cycloalkyl or, taken together with the carbon to which they are linked, form a (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)cycloalkyl group; A is selected from the following groups: ##STR2## --CH.sub.2 C.ident.CCH.sub.2 --, or --(CH.sub.2).sub.q --NH--(CH.sub.2).sub.q --, wherein q is an integer from 2 to 3 B is selected from ##STR3## T is selected from --CH.sub.2 --C.ident.CH, --C.ident.CH, --(CH.sub.2).sub.p --R.sub.3, --CH.dbd.CH--R.sub.3, --CH.sub.2 --NHCO--R.sub.3, --(CH.sub.2).sub.p --O--R.sub.3, --CH(NH.sub.2)--CH.sub.2 R.sub.3, in which p is 0 or an integer from 1 to 4, R.sub.3 is a carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring as medicaments having antitumor and/or antimetastatic activities.
