Abstract
A brassiere having a front fabric portion having front left and right shoulder portions, and front left and right underarm portions. A back fabric portion having a back left and right underarm portions connected to the respective front underarm portions, and an upper edge. A back shoulder fabric portion has a contractive force less than a contractive force of the back fabric portion, having a rear central portion connecting the front left and right shoulder portions, wherein a first width of the rear central portion is less than a width between the front left and front right shoulder portions at a point where the front left and front right shoulder portions contact the shoulders of the wearer, the rear central portion connected to the upper edge of the back fabric portion and the rear central portion having a second width near the upper edge of the back fabric portion wider than the first width.
