Abstract
A compound of the structure ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each, independently, hydrogen or COCH.sub.2 --S--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --O--CH.sub.2 --(CH.sub.2 OCH.sub.2).sub.n --CH.sub.2 --O--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --OCH.sub.3 ; and n=8-450; with the proviso that R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are not both hydrogen, which is useful as an immunosuppressive, antiinflammatory, antifungal, antiproliferative, and antitumor agent.
