Abstract
A Lamb-wave high-frequency resonator includes a comb-shaped IDT electrode for exciting a Lamb wave on one main surface of a quartz substrate. The IDT electrode is formed such that the cut angle of the quartz substrate and the direction of propagation of the Lamb wave are expressed in Euler angles (0, .theta., 0).
