Abstract
An improved saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition comprising (A) 50 to 99.5 weight % of a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, (B) 0.4 to 50 weight % of an ethylene copolymer having a density of 0.90.about.0.94 g/cm.sup.3, and (C) a graft polymer obtainable by grafting an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof to a polyolefin resin and reacting the adduct with a polyamide oligomer or polyamide.
