Abstract
A rotating aerial device intended for use as a toy has a circular ring having a cross-sectional configuration of an airfoil. The airfoil is defined by an outer circumferential edge and an inner circumferential edge which define the extremeties of a chord line of the airfoil cross-section. The airfoil cross-section also includes a top camber, a bottom camber, and a body thickness.
